We match names, graduation year, and hometown against licensed public-record and consumer databases, then cross-check against social profiles. Each match gets a confidence score, and classmates can claim or correct their own record.
Yes. We only use data sources that are permitted for this kind of outreach, every message includes an opt-out, and classmates can remove their record with one click. We never sell class data.
The committee. Payouts go to a bank account you designate, typically within two business days of each sale. No one has to front the venue deposit on a personal card.
The flat fee is the same either way. It covers finding the class, invitations, RSVPs, and the class page. The 2.9% + $0.25 per ticket only applies to tickets you actually sell, so a free potluck just never triggers it.

The flat fee is due when the reunion reaches your classmates: publishing the page, sharing the join link, sending invitations, opening RSVPs. If it isn't the right fit, email us within 30 days of paying for a full refund, no questions asked.
One credit is one classmate located with current contact info through People Data Labs. We only deduct a credit for a verified match, so a name we can't find costs you nothing. Credits are bought separately from the flat fee and never expire.
Yes. Open Planner AI in your Reunionsoft dashboard and choose 'Use in Claude or ChatGPT' for connection instructions, including Claude Code setup. Other clients that support remote MCP and OAuth can connect at reunionsoft.com/api/mcp. Sign in to Reunionsoft and approve access when prompted. Your connected assistant can do everything the dashboard can: add and edit classmates, run contact searches, send invitations and messages, manage tasks, budget, schedule, polls, photos, and tickets, and review progress. It uses your existing organizer permissions and confirms before sending, spending credits, or deleting. Payments (unlocking, credits, domains) stay on the website. Yes, and it's built for that. Add anyone on the committee as an admin from the Team page and they get an email invite and the same full access you have: class list, messages, tickets, budget, tasks, and the planner AI. There's no per-seat charge; one flat fee covers the whole committee. If the chair steps down, ownership can be handed to another admin.
